MTB hydraulic breakers are easy to use for operators and they are designed for all excavator weight and model varieties. They are designed with a focus on breaking performance. The high power and performance of MTB Standard Breakers helps you to work faster, safer and more efficiently. Their fuel consumption is low thanks to them working with low flow/pressure values. They’re presented to our customers use as small and large type breakers. We produce 17 different models between 152-1750 kg for excavators in the range of 1.4-100 tonnes.
The MTB 175 ST breakers which are designed to be used in the standard hydraulic breaker series are produced as 1900 kg for excavators in the range of 22-29 tonnes. They are used as hydraulic rock breakers and demolition breakers.

(a) It includes the approximate weight of the breaker, bracket, standard tool and hose weights. Total operational weight could vary depending on the model of the carrier machine. |
(b) Actual impact frequency depends on the oil flow, oil viscosity, temperature and the material to be broken. |
(c) Actual pressure depends on the oil flow, oil viscosity, temperature, material to be broken and the return pressure. |
(d) Input power directly effects fuel consumption. Low input power (kW) requirement means low fuel consumption. |
(e) Guaranteed sound power testing results according to directive 2000/14/EC (Guaranteed dB(A)=Measured Value +3 dB). |
(f) If the carrier machine is out of the optimum range, ask the carrier machine manufacturer for allowed attachment weight. |
